IN marks have the nurse's selfie and GPS location; OUT marks have the GPS location. Nurses can go out and come back, so there can be several IN / OUT marks a day. Distance is to the patient of her visit that day. Mark OUT opens 30 minutes before the visit ends; after OUT her location is followed for 1 hour (safe travel home, and an alert if she goes back to the patient or to another patient's home).
