Terms of Use – NurseTrack
Last updated: 7 November 2026
- Who may use it. NurseTrack is a business app. Only staff whose login was created by their agency may use it. Logins are personal: do not share your PIN.
- What it does. During your scheduled visits it records your location, arrival and check-in, and alerts supervisors about delays. It does not track you outside visit windows. See the Privacy Policy.
- Your consent. On first sign-in you are asked to consent to location tracking during scheduled visits. You can withdraw it by turning off location permission or deleting your account; the Agency may then need another way to confirm your visits.
- Fair use. Do not use mock-location apps, GPS spoofing or tools that interfere with the app. Such use is detected, blocks check-in and is reported to your supervisor.
- Accuracy. GPS and mobile networks are not perfect. Supervisors are expected to call the nurse before acting on an alert.
- Availability. The service is provided "as is". We work to keep it available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted.
- Your data. You can delete your account and data from the app (Settings → Delete my account and data).
- Changes. We may update these terms; the app will show the new date.
- Law. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
